Application
Application area:Food & Beverage, Meat, Seafood, Sauce, dressing, Seasonings and Feed industries.
Typical applications:This blend is a safe and effective preservative for processed meat products. It suppresses the growth of pathogens and prolongs the product shelf life.
The combination of 1.74% sodium lactate and 1.74% sodium acetate is the most effective at inhibiting microbial growth and is excellent raw chicken meat shelf-life extender at 3℃ for about 39 days.
